糯米糍
材料:
16oz mochiko 一盒(日本糯米粉)
红豆沙
1 cup corn syrup
2 ½ -3cups water
小麦澄粉适量
做法:
在一个大的容器里,将糯米粉,糖浆和水搅拌均匀,盖盖儿, 微波炉高火五分钟,搅拌。重复五分钟搅拌直至糯米面团透明。时间视微波炉的功率大小适当调整。
趁热分成小剂儿,蘸小麦澄粉,包入红豆沙,晾凉即可。
