炝拌圆白菜
这是一道地道的家常菜,家常到赵老师也会做。记得我生完小孩第三天回到家,赵老师就给我做的这个,可怜我的月子啊。
虽说做月子吃这道菜不太合适,不过夏天来了,多吃点凉菜还是蛮爽口的。
做法:
圆白菜(洋白菜,大头菜,嘎哒白,莲花白,高丽菜,甘蓝,随便你叫什么吧)切大块,焯一下,断生就行了,千万别时间久了,过火了太软了就不好吃了。
过不过凉水无所谓,重要的是控干水分。装盘,顶上撒一些花椒粉和葱花。
锅内放油,烧热,浇在花椒粉和葱花上。盖盖儿焖一会,然后加盐,味精,白醋,糖拌匀即可。
