红烧丸子
我通常是在没有时间炖肉,或者是不想花时间炖肉素菜又不能打发的时候,想起这道菜。快速,解馋,下饭。
材料:猪肉馅,葱姜,五香粉,鸡蛋,淀粉,盐,酱油。
先将猪肉馅少量多次加水一个方向搅上劲,然后加鸡蛋,五香粉,盐,酱油,淀粉搅匀。放冰箱中研制,时间可长可短。油煎之前,加入葱姜末拌匀。起油锅,不用很多有,盖住锅底即可。同时准备一小碗水淀粉(淀粉+水)。用手挤出丸子,放入水淀粉中滚一下,然后放入油锅中煎。两面煎黄定型即可。将锅中的油倒出,加入酱油,糖,少量盐及黑胡椒粉,少量水,煮开加入丸子,小火炖十分钟,大火收汁即可。

嗯,我也可喜欢吃丸子了,我还会加点搅碎的荸荠,不过我是团成团放小烤箱里烤的,也是外表金黄脆脆的,形状不好看,不过少油 :)

嗯,我也可喜欢吃丸子了,我还会加点搅碎的荸荠,不过我是团成团放小烤箱里烤的,也是外表金黄脆脆的,形状不好看,不过少油 :)
