豆腐炒鸡蛋
这是一道超级的懒人菜,不值得一提的。但是意外地发现,大宝很爱吃,当然了我也很爱吃。那就写在这里,作为午餐时候的备用菜肴。
用料:
洋葱丁,姜末,一个鸡蛋,半盒中等硬度的豆腐,还有一些香菜末。
做法:
热锅加入一些油,把洋葱丁姜末爆香,打入一个鸡蛋(够懒吧,不用占用一个碗打鸡蛋),用锅铲搅散。鸡蛋成型后,把豆腐整块放入(够懒吧,不用占用案板切),用锅铲搅散。炒两分钟,加盐,鸡精,最后加入香菜末兜匀出锅。
